Jessica Ngo

Jessica has been a licensed sales representative since May 2024.

She graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber in June 2009 with an Honours Bachelor Degree in Finance. She has worked for a Canadian Bank for the past 15 years in an advisor role, account manager role and a senior analyst role dedicated to underwriting commercial real estate loan requests (i.e. industrial, shopping centre, office building,  REITs portfolio etc.), and decided to pursue an exciting career in the real estate sector. Jessica was driven into the commercial real estate sales sector by an interest in commercial real estate and ambition to pursue a sales-based career. After moving to the Simcoe area in 2021 she immersed herself in the local market, gaining invaluable insights into the community.

With her background in commercial lending and a career dedicated to real estate providing the best service to her investor clients, she brings a meticulous eye for detail and a love for crunching numbers to every real estate transaction, she also thrives on analyzing the financial aspects of these investments, ensuring every client makes sound decisions for their future.

She has been immersed in communities of Real Estate Investors learning about the business and building relationships with other Real Estate investors, Real Estate Salespersons, Land developers, Mortgage brokers, Accountants, Banks and all the different trades involved in Real Estate business.

Jessica joined Ed Lowe Limited Brokerage in 2024 to provide a great service to her clients and customers by sharing her knowledge and experience.
