Layda Martinez

Layda has been a Registered Real Estate salesperson since January 2024, after finding her passion for Real Estate and a desire to share her knowledge and expertise as a Real Estate investor.

She graduated as Industrial Engineer in 2004 in Mexico as she always found numbers very interesting and fun. After moving to Canada in 2014 and relocating to Barrie in 2018 she immersed herself in the local market, gaining invaluable insights into the community.

She found a particular affinity for Multi-unit residential buildings in 2022 after learning how to underwrite and all the different ways to increase the value of the buildings. With her background in industrial engineering and a career dedicated to quality assurance in the manufacturing industry providing the best service to her automotive customers, she brings a meticulous eye for detail and a love for crunching numbers to every real estate transaction, she also thrives on analyzing the financial and structural aspects of these investments, ensuring every client makes sound decisions for their future.

She has been immersed in communities of Real Estate Investors learning about the business and building relationships with other Real Estate investors, Real Estate Salespersons, Land developers, Mortgage brokers, Accountants and all the different trades involved in Real Estate business.
