Steve Filice became a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative in July 2025. Previously, he worked as a Building Testing & Verification Specialist for Engineering Link, a Building Envelope Consultant based in Toronto, Ontario. He provided technical services for curtain wall glazing, cladding, roofing and other building envelope products. Throughout his career as a consultant in the construction industry, Steve has built relationships with some of the largest general contractors, real estate developers and investors in Canada.
He regularly attends town council meetings, routinely assesses assemblage potential, neighbouring owners’ interest, and zoning capacity of properties. He thoroughly analyses historical data, changes to zoning, tracking of construction site permits, and development master plans. Steve’s goal in real estate is to continue to provide superior services to his seller and buyer clients.
Steve’s role at Ed Lowe Limited Brokerage is a specialization in land development and investment sales. He was driven into commercial real estate by a passion for construction and a desire to be involved in real estate sales.
